Shoudn't make any difference if they are factory or dealer fit accessories - i.e genuine LR accessories.

That's the way I understood it, I asked at the time when I insured and they said so long ...

I've also gone with Aviva who offered a competitive quote @ £270ish - Didn't realise they weren't listed on the comparison websites maybe worth a look as they're offering 2 months free.
