Nothing wrong with Silver, each to their own, although isn't Black difficult to keep clean? |

After 60 miles through forrests, wet and muddy you don't know what colour it is anyway. If nice dry day?? good scottish stoor (dust) makes all look like stornoway.

Why would you trade in an 08 for a 10 with the same spec & so few miles on the clock? 50-60k on the clock...fair do's but 26k & 1year on the warranty? Just wondered..... |

I am guessing nothing just that he is trading in with original wheels so he can put the SE wheels on the new motor Here's an idea take out the spare wheel as well and then you can put that in the new motor and store the shaving foam away for trade in on the next one! |

Fair do's. I had a Ford Focus for 6 years, bought for £11k, sold for £3k...so about £1300 depreciation a year, pretty sure I'd have spent 10x that replacing it every 12 months... Suppose it depends on your mileage, I tend to do <10k a year. |

Sorry Druand, Your reasoning is far to logical and simple for my complicated mind. I will try and not ask you any more stupid questions Ralph
