Baby oil i've been told, never tried it myself though. Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well. |

No I don't do chrome, the laughable thing is that the tacky stickover with superglue type one's are MORE money |

Thanks guys.nah,not playin away,more than my veg is worth.mrs r was tryin to be helpfull "did`nt know it would leave marks"then huge sulk on cos i should`ve been glad she did it!! by the way Fletch,would you have the name of a good water based degreaser?got a feelin its gonna take a lot of elbow grease!was thinkin of gettin the door handle covers mc`p.wondered about the mirror cappings too.you just glue em on don`t you?thanks again boys

RT - Don't you dare go for nasty tacky sticky over door handles - get the originals in your body colour from LR (Fitting procedure in my gallery - absolutely promise you, if I can do it you can). Wing mirror covers OK I'll let you have those I'd have them too but can't as I think they'd crack when I fit my C/van towing mirrors. |

If the black plastic handles are that covered in polish try neat washing up liquid and a toothbrush (could use your lasses as punishment ) watch the paintwork though washing up liquid is full of salt |
