use a white pencil eraser to rub them out Exclamation Thumbs Up

Things like trim restorer can just cover them up.....

Baby oil i've been told, never tried it myself though. Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well.

So she washed and waxed it Shocked All hail Mrs R Bow down

What you could do is replace the black plastic door handles with colour coded (£60 Duckworths), fitted mine today in 10 minutes (yes 10 minutes) Thumbs Up

Autoglym bumper care works, it only hides them though and they re-appear over time.

Hi Rich
This is a common problem caused by Chalk content in the polish.
Best way to remove is to use a waterbased degreaser used in vehicle refinishing.
Trim restorers etc. sold in retail stores are just oils that wash off eventually.
To avoid in the future use this product " 3M Polish Rosa" Part No 80345.
This is a trade wax polish that can be applied directly on to paintwork, you can even deliberately apply on to plastic trims and polish the trims. It is excellent.
Can be applied in damp conditions and sun also.
Sold in 1 litre bottles for approx £20, a lot cheaper than Halfords alternatives.
It isnt sold in th shops, it is a Trade product.

If your problem is so bad you cant get if off you can re colour the plastic, Wurth UK produce a colourant that is like a permanent shoe polish, applied with a sponge.

RT - Don't you dare go for nasty tacky sticky over door handles Shocked - get the originals in your body colour from LR (Fitting procedure in my gallery - absolutely promise you, if I can do it you can). Wing mirror covers OK I'll let you have those Thumbs Up I'd have them too but can't as I think they'd crack when I fit my C/van towing mirrors.

If the black plastic handles are that covered in polish try neat washing up liquid and a toothbrush (could use your lasses as punishment Rolling with laughter ) watch the paintwork though washing up liquid is full of salt Thumbs Up
