RalphK - Armrests were fitted on vehicle already, I believe part of the upgrade the previous owner had chosen.

If you look at any of the press cars in magazines, then LRs they now start with an A prefix (used to be B* for Birmingham), which is the Anglia region. My guess is LR have now sub contracted to a lease company this part of the business to save money. Inchcape which is (amongst other things) a lease hire company use A* to register all its cars. For example, when you hire a car many cars are now registered with a lease company who then sub lease to hire companies. They are then sold on after a few months are you don't know they have been used as hire cars. Next time you are at the airport, look at the company names on the bottom of the numberplate. You can usually tell on "nearly new" used cars when they tip up on the forecourts with a totally differant prefix to your region. K* are Merc, Audi, VW press cars, E* are Fords, Y* BMWs etc as this is the area their HQs or delivery centres are (Milton Keynes, Essex, Yorkshire). Next time you read a car mag note the number plate prefixes and then see how many pre-registered or nearly new ones with the same prefixes tip up on the dealer forecourts or car supermarkets. My LR is BG (Birmingham) as it was supplied direct from LR for export.
