Those flats are the "affordable flats" in the complex. Not the £1M versions. Doubt those bells & whistles are included!

according to those who worked hard to buy one and live there they will be getting all the luxuries of a posh complex flat, even if they are affordable housing, although i haven't seen how many flats are in the complex 60 odd flats, is quite high number, normally 10 or so is a rough figure

i know London will be more, but no need to splash out on expensive flats, to rehome a few, when there is a bigger homeless picture

It would appear that there was a limited amount of sub letting going on - very difficult therefore to confirm the number of casualties. I sincerely hope that those guilty of sub letting ,perhaps to illegals, are not claiming the government emergency aid package.
