So Albon probably won't retain his seat at Red Bull, Perez seems to think that that is now his seat....Wonder if George might get a look in at Redbull though...?

George is officially under contract to Williams for '21...

Indeed but probably wouldn't cost much (relatively) to buy out his contract. Might be especially attractive to Williams to get Perez there with all the backing money he can bring in. Depends how much Perez wants to stay in F1.

George was put in William's by Mercedes as part of their junior team, this gives Williams a deal on the Mercedes engine, contracts and deals are complicated but if Mercedes want George they will get him, but Ferrari won't and probably can't.
Perez won't want to take the retrograde step to Williams even to stay in F1 for next season, he is after one of the top teams and Red Bull is probably the only choice but Max won't like it as Sergio's race approach could well upset Max's kamikaze approach to winning and at the race end Sergio's tyres would probably win out, there again if he doesn't get a contract for next season he could still end up at Aston Martin (Racing Point) if Vettel doesn't perform. my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

I would like to see him given a medal for outstanding service in sport/his sport. NOT something that reminds him of the past. (of which no one can change).

I bet that I'm not the only one who hoped that George Russell could have had one more week in the Mercedes.

However, I suspect Williams probably wouldn't have been happy about losing their diver for a second weekend. Steve
