My FL2 has the "black lump/aerial" and it does not have GPS - it does however have DAB (wouldn't be without it  ) so presumably it is a multi-functional device.  |

It's one of the areas, along with a plastic steering wheel and no vent lighting which lets the FL2 down as a prestige vehicle. Not so much a design fault but cost cutting  |

FM strereo gives better sound quality than DAB, mainly due to the poor bit rates used by DAB stations. the only advantage is more choice.
