Another new guy to Freelanders. Just picked up a 56 plate GS. I finally decided I missed my disco 2 way too much and flogged the BMW to get back into a 4x4 (not a truck or jeep)

Hello everybody peeps! Found the site whilst surfin'. I have just picked up my Freelander 2 having been a Freelander 1 owner since 2000. What a difference. The 2 is light years ahead and sooo refined. This site looks to be full of useful info. I hope to contribute in the future. In the mean time I need to go and look at the car for a while. Cider I up landlord!!! |

Hello all. Having mixed feelings today as the first chance to investigate my new GS (picked up Wednesday but been on the road since). But had to say goodbye to my faithful Discovery 300 as I can't really justify 2 Land Rovers. |

You know there's usually a reason for lower prices ..... My main memory of Kippax was the trip to Gibson lane swimming pool once a month - I still can't swim! Anyway - I've bought a Zematt Silver XS today, delivery next week, so I hope to learn all about my new purchase here and how to retrofit all the stuff I should have bought this morning I wonder how long mine's been parked up in Warwickshire |

It is normally the rare colours that will be difficult to sell later. Stornoway, silver and the blacks will be no problem to sell, the bright blues and greens will be the most difficult colours to sell second hand (at least in Norway). 2007 Freelander 2 HSE TD4 Manual with Premium Pack & Moonroof. Stornoway Grey with Ebony Black Pleather, Clear Indicators, Body Side Mouldings etc. |
