All box's though work in the same way though, intercepting the signal from the ECU and the box fooling the fuel pump into thinking the fuel pressure has not been reached. I don't use a box on my FL2, it is properly re-mapped, I use the box on my Signum 1.9 CDTi. Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. I am satisfied with my car as it is delivered from the dealer, and I will not pay € 1,000 for something that is unnecessary.

If anyone in Belgium is interested, I can highly recommend Autotune Heinz in Aalst. I've had several cars remapped there, including a Golf 2.0tdi, BMW 335d and FL2 2.2d, always with excellent results.

According to their website, they don't sell "black boxes or preprogrammed tuning chips" so off topic... |
