Aye up the sensors don’t work well in the rain. |

The front sensors are very susceptible to rain. I have had the problem on and off on both my FL2s, and have resorted to spraying up the rear of the sensors with WD40 or similar water dispersants. It cures the problem for a while. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011) FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015) Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History (Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?) |

picked up a small cheap trailer off a local seller last night, had to go to hellfrauds and buy a 7 pin - 13 pin adaptor to find the trailer electric socket is pretty much shot as the casing had been leaking. the rest of the trailer is sound so im not too bothered.

I'll maybe try that first, I think the bumper will be off though, rears aren't working either so it looks like the chaffed wire problem. |
