It's a bit early for April fools day isn't it? "Battery needs programming" is total b it. It might need changing but I wouldn't buy anything from someone who comes out with a statement like that. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

Not herd of a Freelander 2 needing battery recognition but BMW's and Mini's certainly do, you have to tell the computer that you have changed the battery and what for.

When I spoke to my local garage ref Battery he mentioned Holding Window Switches up and down, start button on 2 secs, etc... etc... so maybe window reset...... |
