Is anyone planning ways in which we can communicate with one another whilst out in the forest? Are people taking radios? If so what sort? |

Would be good to have something. I am no radio expert so not sure if the new PMR are any better than CBs? |

Communication shouldn't be too much of an issue given we will be in two groups. I know some (myself included) are taking PMR's (channel 1-10) and have a CB (channel 10). Also each group should be accompanied by a Mountain Rescue vehicle which will have emergency radios etc. It is worth noting that Mobile phone coverage is very hit and miss. |

If my indicator flashes left I shall be turning left, if right I shall turn right, If I'm hungry I will open my window just enough to allow a sandwich in. otherwise I shall be mainly silent At work
