I hesitate to respond, but feel duty bound to confess: In 1989, I actually took the official Mensa examination and was accepted as a member with a result of 152. I remained a member for 3 years until I realised the futility of it. Membership basically entitles you to a 'free' magazine full of uninteresting articles and the opportunity to network with some sad but clever people.('') How this affects the regional relative intelligence quota of the forum remains to be calculated?? Either way, it's nice to be onboard!! |

Hi there. Been viewing the forum for a while now its pretty handy for going to the dealer with ammo regarding common problems ie B Pillar seat belt wear and trip resetting itself. Had Freelander for 12 months now after having VW R32 MK V, Audi 3.0TDi and a couple of 5 series, got to say that the Freelander is my favourite. Just treat myself to some 19" LR shadow wheels. cheers Bibs |
