service at Green Oval

Today we took our Freely to Green Oval in Leeds for a service.

just wanted to drop by here and applaud Green Oval for their customer service, and great explanations of work carried out.

It is so rare nowadays when taking your vehicle to a garage that you feel you have been listened to and get a genuinely knowledgeable response.

We were very impressed.

Only joking but I do feel slightly responsible for this superb weather we've been having. On Saturday I put on winter tyres and put the seat covers on both the front and back seats, ready for the rain, mud, snow etc harsh winter we're due. And now it's hotter than August! Sod's law.

A/C on permanent now and only a couple of weeks into Spring and we have a forecast of consecutive days next week of 34, 35 and then 36 degrees Shocked

We had someone at work get into a whole heap of dung because they put a photo in a site report which caught them not wearing the correct PPE via a reflection!!!

actually done this the other day, fitted full length dog guard bought from a fellow forum member. Attached a spare fire extinguisher as a temp until a get a 1kg one.

Dropped the Freelander off at Guy Salmon in Ascot this morning for a service and it's first MOT. Was hoping I might get a Disco Sport as a courtesy car, but did get something with an Ingenium engine...

Renewed rear brake disks, pads and parking brake shoes.
Old parking brake shoes (linings) were glazed and cracked, adjusters were in great condition and only required cleaning and re-greasing.
