Over the last few days I have got my new private plate on the car, cleaned up the back box and repainted it with some VHT black paint and cleaned up the n/s/r brake calliper, disc, suspension arms and shock and gave them a coat of black paint. Chuffed with the results just need to get on and finish the other 3 corners!

Just fitted some land rover freelander 2 front seat covers, in the green/grey, got to say that they were a head scratch as I didn't have fitting instructions but kind of got there in the end. Will see how they do in the long run hmmm

Replace the tyres. Fitted michelin latitude tour hp 235 60 18. Big difference from the bridgestone. The michelin is quiter and more confortable asawell as stady and confident tyre. Freelander 2 TD4 HSE 2.2 (2007) Auto

Certainly got some drainage problems there. I wouldn't like this guys parking space, bet that back corner is going to see some action in its life.

The drainage problems is only the beginning in Devon as Devon county council seams to have overspent the budget by 9.1 million . Be lucky to see a Gritter this winter.

Had B Service carried out today no real issue and only advised that front disks may need changing at next service, so good for another 15,000 mile - not bad for a MY07 |

Returned from a business trip to Heathrow and then home on Salisbury Plain. It always puts a smile on my face to walk into the car park and see my muddy freelander amidst a sea of clean, bland executive car mediocrity. 2007 Freelander 2 XS TD4. Mantec Sump & Tank Guards, Yokohama Geolandar AT tyres
