You must have kissed the curb well Taz! The Conti's have a generous rim guard but seems like you escaped with minimum of damage.

Its not sad at all to park on the kerb, everyone with a brain down are side road does and it allows the lorrys and fire trucks to get down the road, if I parked off the kerb and someone else did the other side then we wouldn't have wing mirrors in the morning. What gets my goat is why the hell the pavement has to be so wide in the first place, makes no sense Down are road we have a 3 slab wide pavement then the kerb, if they did 2.5 slabs then kerb people wouldn't loose wing mirrors. I expect that it's down to the fact that space is at a premium in Oz. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I use wonder wheels, many don't like it as its aggressive, also worth using is the oxide stuff, can't remember it's name ... Goes off to look |
