Have you reset the windows since removing the battery, i know this should only effect the one touch open and close function but its a landrover so anything is possible |

Open the window fully then release the button wait a second and press the button down again and hold down for a few seconds and you will hear a faint click, then fully close the window release the button for a second then hold it up for a few seconds again you should hear a click. you will know if its worked as the one touch function will work.

isn't this a case of press and hold the unlock and the lock button on the fob simultaneously or is my memory failing? |

to reset or use ? up till now if I got out of car and left windows open (say on a hot day while parked in my drive ) I could lock car and shut windows all round by just holding down 'lock' button on fob, alex |

Pressing and holding lock and unlock button simultaneously changes unlocking from two stage unlocking to easy entry.
