My freelander is a 2011 plate with 29800 miles on the clock never been off road and never been abused my rubber inserts on all four wheel arches are distorted and there is corrosion on all four arches I'm not best chuffed land rover want stuffing with a cactus for designing this ,, absolutely disgraceful ! |

I have recently replaced all of the trims on my July 2010 FL2. No sign of any corrosion thankfully - I washed and waxed (twice) before fitting new. There was a small section on one of the rear arches where the paint had flaked off completely (in the gap between the rubber trims) completely but it wasn't corroded. I used some touch up paint and lacquer on that. 2010 Freelander 2 HSE Auto Santorini Black / Ebony Leather |
