Just turned over 100,000 miles but not had car that long so can't comment on past problems sorry. Gone, 2007 TD4 SE Auto Baltic blue, clear side repeaters, full sized alloy spare.

125,000 miles, just had its 120k service at Team Valley LR and it needed a new Alternator, so that pushed the price up by £300

Oh ok, I sure mine is on its last legs. What did you pay for a new one if you don't mind me asking? |

Not sure how much, (company car) but as said earlier it added £300 inc labour and VAT to bill. £275 for 120k service + £30 for new wipers, £15 for new high level brake light and £17 for tailgate lock (water ingrese) would only open with fob! |

I'm up to 120k on my 56 GS, replaced rear main oil seal and the handbrake has seized a couple of times but apart from that no problems. Saying that though, I've never had more than 27mpg from it- had it since 80,000 miles but mainly city driving so could be that? Zermatt '57 Silver Freelander 2 GS -

105,000 miles coming up very shortly and, like others, it is running better than ever and showing 39.5 mpg on the trip over the past 20,000 miles or so. Only major issue recently was a new rear diff, covered by the extended warranty.
