Hello everyone

I have just fitted a bluetooth car kit to my FL2 GS so thought I would join and share the info, too a few photos too. Plan to fit GPS in the 'hole' still studying posts for that.

Hello!

I've been lurking around for a bit so thought it was time to say hello.

We are just in the process of buying an 08 plate HST in black for my wife to replace her Audi. It would appear that both 'black' and 'HST' create some debate but we are looking forward to our new ownership.

Don't worry about it. If you want what you want and can get it, it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. I kinda like a bit of bling while other hate it. If we all wanted the same thing our streets would look like east-germany before the fall of the wall...

Those empty DDR streets would be great to drive the FL2 along, especially as they had no speed cameras and hardly any traffic lights. Only the odd T52 tank to outwit, but with LR's superior all-terrain abilities we'd be long gone before they could take a pop shot in our direction. Tally Ho - tea and muffins on the shores of the Greifswalder Bodden at 16:00hrs sharp.

hiya everyone here.. i'm derryk and i've just found this site after searching on landy zone for stuff about FL2's and not being successfull.
Have had this auto GS for just over a week now .. having replaced a FL1 manual with it..
LOVE IT .. just love it.

Am glad i have somewhere to look..... thanks guys

with Nice Leather and the Stereo
even has headphone sockets in the back.
Wish it had a heated screen tho..
Traded in a Fl1 for this.
Got a georgous Black SoftTailed Harley
for when the days get warmer .. Do days ever get warmer in Lancashire?

Thinking a making the change

Hi, been reading these pages for a few weeks- gained a good insight - thanks
Thinking of buying my2011 HSE- If I can find a dealer who will give a decent p/e on my BMW 520d- a few dealers I have been to make out they are doing me a 'favour' although very helpful dealer near Nelson lancashire-

hiya... i guess you must mean 'hillendale' thats where i got my GS from.. nice enough as sellers go.. but did get better p/ex offers but only if i bought a different car .. prgeot/mini/vauxhal/citroen and saab. all offered more .. BUT i wanted an FL2 .

while i'm talking to a local......my service is next due in january 2012, current mileage 16000
the GS had its 1st stamp on selling 01/10 .. the 2nd at 01/11 (9000ml) but saying in the book it was a 15000 ml service..

WHAT service should i be having at next ? .. i recon i'll have done about 20000ml
(got a works motor for the day time) AND PRICES ? ANY GOOD PRICE PLACES NEAR ??
