T H White have been wonderful, their CR dept on the other hand are utter garbage. I have now e mailed asking for a copy of their complaints procedure twice without response.....I know they monitor this address as they've called me on my mobile after using the very same one early on in my complaint. I have sent a letter to their main man (recorded) asking for a response etc. to the zero replies i've experienced so far........nothing, not a sausage!

I was thinking of re-sending the letter asking if he perhaps uses Twitter or Youtube? Ignorance is bliss so they say, if that's true they must be deleriously happy.

I thought i'd reply with news, good or bad. Today I recieved a call to say that the letter I sent has at last been looked at on behalf of Mr C Green and and is in the throws of being dealt with.........it may be many weeks since I sent it but i've at least now recieved confimation of it being investigated.
