This is the impossible question. I for one feel the current gov are brazen liars - they proved that during the Scottish ref with lies to pull people back which within days of the result were proven wrong. It is depressing to think that that is the norm of politics in this country.

SNP also doesn't get my vote. I don't think Scotland is better off on its own and as my wife is a teacher, she has seen the negative impact the SNP have had on her sector. However, all the cuts are coming from Westminster which also really hurt education up here.

UKIP and Greens - don't think so. Bit of a wasted vote really.

Labour - who are they really? Don't fancy it.

Which as the last poster said leaves better the devil you know. They have, to be fair, reduced the deficit which is important. Depends how brutally they will pursue this in the next term though, which is scary.

Should we start our own party? The FL2s? FL2 TD4 GS 60 reg Facelift - so many issues
2019 DS. Terribly unreliable.
Sold DS for a 2021 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Fingers crossed....
Sold Outlander for a 2014 SD4 SE Tech because I’m mental
Now greatly regret selling the Outlander. MPG of the FL2 is atrocious and so are the fuel bills. Fun though 😎
Couldn’t afford the fuel bills so back to an older Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV. Significantly better than I remembered it to be…

Sadly there is little room for rational discussion on the guardian forums...

That phenomenon is a regular feature of elections, it's part of the so-called incumbency effect. FL2 2011 SD4 XS in Galway Green

My view is that for the present situation we need the Tories back in to continue cleaning up the mess left by Labour and try to depoliticise the NHS and do something about vested interests and inefficiencies (for "save the NHS" read "save my job"). Time for the hard guys, perhaps the softies next time. 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

I suppose the manifesto would have things like
No vat on Freelander spares,
A government regulator for LR dealers
First time buyer scheme
Tax relief on car loans etc 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Lux Auto Baltic Blue

I have just watched a news clip featuring the ar$ehole Balls. Anyone with an ounce of grey matter who trusts this twunt and his 'leeee-der' with the public purse needs a full frontal lobotomy. I'm not saying that the Tory's are the answer but FFS the other option are an absolute effing JOKE!

Vote Green on the 7th May....for a total future ban on all your Freelanders...and a return to Horse & Cart...the common good.com (init blud) Foraging near Gaydon....

I concur, I can't believe how stupid, Balls must be, to believe his own rhetoric, worse still is the vast number of voters who seem to have completely forgotten what a complete mess labour got the country into last time round.
All the parties have some crazy ideas, purely designed to get votes, once on power things change and we get 5 years of MP's protecting themselves and their position ahead of any policy decisions.
I might live in the Red Rose county but my vote won't be going there.

I'm up for that Thumbs Up
A few suggestions;
The Governing body will be based in Gaydon.
All FL2's will be Vehicle Licencing Tax exempt.
Insurance for FL2 owners will be financed by a Tax added to all BMW 4x4's.
Dealers will be forced to give all FL2 owners an unconditional lifetime Warranty which is retrospective and all monies must be returned to the owners. (I'll be rich again!)
Ms Sturgeon will loose her deposit (doesn't bear thinking about) Another member of the failed FL2 clutch/DMF club, twice.

Ms Sturgeon is not actually standing as a Westminster MP so no deposit to lose! Everyone seems to forget this. Must get back to the BBC4 documentary on the rise of Hitler. Funny, it all sounds vaguely familiar. Sad 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
