I've got the Goodyear Vector 4Season gen 3 and they have been great.

Be aware that, in some sizes, there is also a SUV variant, which I am guessing is a higher load rating.
 Wipers occasionally stop working mid sweep.

I had the OP's symptoms when my FL2 was about 2 years' old.
Had it fixed under warranty by the main dealer - They told me it needed a new wiper motor.
