Got my clutch changed and had similar noise, turned out that steering grommet had been disturbed and letting engine noise into cabin. |

Removed shoes and linkages, adjusters all free. Adjusted shoes through hole in discs and then cable under coin tray, managed about 3 clicks on handbrake, and that was about as far as could pull, and s ... |

Just stripped rear brakes down as handbrake not holding, and found all adjusters free and plenty of meat on shoes, drums free from wear to, so refit and adjusted shoes up, but handbrake still won't ho ... |

My drivers seat lost its end positions, and I managed to sort by chance of holding forward button on and then starting engine, and it must of reset end points, probably way of the mark but maybe worth ... |

Had a look under seat today and come across volvo stickers, so Googled volvo seat faults and suggests diagnostic plug in to read codes, but sounds like it needs end calibration recalibrated, not sure ... |
