I don't think any aftermarket tint is legal on the front side windows. The others you can put anything on them. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.
(Past) RR Evoque Dynamic Lux Si4 In Firenze Red.
(Past) RR Evouque Pure Tech in Barollo Black with bespoke Firenze Red colour coding.
(Present) Freelander Metropolis 2015 MY In Santorini Black with Ivory Premium Leather.

Not quite true.

For a legal window tint in the UK the specifications are:
a) Motor Vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1985
b) The light transmitted through the windscreen must be at least 75%.
c) The front side windows (to either side of the drivers’ head) must allow at least 70% of light to be transmitted through them.
d)The rear side and back windows can be tinted to any level. Chris

I think you can tint front and side but to the legal level...I'm not sure why you would want to and be pulled over all the time and have the police light meter inflicted on you.
