I don't think any aftermarket tint is legal on the front side windows. The others you can put anything on them. (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.

Not quite true. For a legal window tint in the UK the specifications are: a) Motor Vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1985 b) The light transmitted through the windscreen must be at least 75%. c) The front side windows (to either side of the drivers’ head) must allow at least 70% of light to be transmitted through them. d)The rear side and back windows can be tinted to any level. I think you can tint front and side but to the legal level...I'm not sure why you would want to and be pulled over all the time and have the police light meter inflicted on you. |

If I recall from previous posts......... the fronts are almost at the legal permitted level as standard factory fitted 2010 FL2 XS Auto in Santorini Black with HSE alloys |
