Parts of the silver on my front grille have worn away Sad

maybe, but it will depend on why its worn away in the eyes of the LR dealer

flaking due to stone chip, been rubbed too hard when cleaning etc will be the excuses Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

yes you have to get a hacksaw to the standard grille and cut out the slats - the sports grille is held in place by double sided tape!!! (I kid you not coz mine came loose once!!) Now - 2017 BMW X3 M Sport Carbon Black

I'd do a straight swap with someone if they wanted to come to Leicester.

I assume the grill can be removed when the bumper is off? Freelander 2 HSE Lux 2013MY - Barolo Black with Ivory Leather. Alpine DVD - Privacy -Evoque 20" Dynamic Wheels and more to come.........

I fancy getting one of these but am a bit worried about the cutting out of the standard grill & fitting an HST grill in with tape Shocked

Can all this be done with the bumper & in my case the styling cover on or does it all have to come off? (Past) Freelander 2 HSE 2010 MY In Rimini Red.

Grill is very easy to fit just cut out the old grill with a hacksaw blade but dont waste your time fitting the new grill the double sided tape it comes with, remove the tape & use TIGER SEAL PU ADHESIVE u can get it in most good motor factors. I will get some pics up of the new grill fitted when I get a chance. If I had all the money I spent on Beer!, I'd spend it on Beer!.
