Got my freelander

Got my Freelander today, very happy and enjoying it. Only a few on the road in south africa yet.
I was 'n bit worried over the reliabillity of the car but it proved me wrong this far.

Italy 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Narvik Black

Dear all
just to introduce myself as a new member from Italy. Have ordered in March for September delivery (at the end of next week I hope) a LR2 Narvik Black TD4 SE with other accessories (navsat, bluetooth system, leather seat , automatic climate control with air filtration, rear seats with centre headrest, rear seats centre armrest, storage compartment and 2 cupholders).
I am very anxious waiting to see …….. my first Land Rover.
Regards.

Onfree, Your spec almost exactly matches mine except for colour. I think you'll love it! I've had mine a month, done nearly 2000 miles already (to my surprise), and I've used all the terrain response settings except sand dunes! Smile

Enjoy!!! Razz

Italy 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Narvik Black

Thank you kindly for your generous encouragement. I live near Rome (Castle of Rome area) and, as you can prefigure, I ‘m looking forward to drive my new LRF2 and to try the “terrain response” on the near mountain.
Have a good week end.

2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Sumatra Black

Hi Everyone

Just found this site as I was looking for details on the Freelander 2.
I have a black TD4 SE manual, with privacy glass, side steps and mud flaps on order which I will be picking up on Saturday. Can't wait Laughing
I am afraid I have also started the modding already......I have ordered a set ospf light smoked side repeaters to replace those ghastly orange ones, only problem is everyone is saying get the clear ones and now I'm worried that I made the wrong choice. I suppose I could always order another set if they dont look that good.

No doubt there will be other questions I need to ask so I will be a regular.

John
