As I said 7/1/25…..’ Expensive start to New Year’ …….!
Could it be anything to do with your Haldex problem, just before your EGR problem….? Reading articles above that Ian posted……very interesting…..thé Volvo article….strange they couldn’t understand why Aisin BW didn’t fit à filter…..I would say à drain plug as well………they suggested servicing costs….true I guess.
Also the possibility of oil contamination with glycol…..via the cooler…….damaging the torque-converter

Good posts on forum that Ian highlighted……..I don’t know how he remembers the links……or are they stored… ?
Hopefully the gearbox flush & Dr Tranny gives an improvement…….
Surprised you Indy garage couldn’t trace the source of problem a bit better than ‘ suck-it & see’
