I dont know if that is a generic article in Topix or specific to a vehicle but judging by the pictures its not a FL2 they are describing. Jules |

Range Rover / Disco probably but if it applies to those, it may be where the MoT tester has got the notion that it applies to all Land Rovers. |

Interesting topic. The EPB operates a solenoid onto one end of the Brake Pads, The FFRR has rear Shoes that need bedding in. Using the FL2 foot brake beds the pads in. I have had it all apart, and its not the same as the D4 either, I think. The solenoids fit with two screws, and one retracts the screws when fitting new pads. So that's it folks, as Hughie Green said. |

After my failed attempts of finding what method has to be used for testing the FL2 EPB, I have been looking for the the instructions from the MOT Testers side of things.
