I would jack that side of the car up see if there is any movement in that wheel and have a look under if there are any obvious signs like loose nuts or worn and split rubbers etc. |

I've just been under it it doesn't appear to be anything obvious. There is no movement in the wheel the drive shaft is solid no movement no leakage. |

Check your wheel nuts are tight, on al 4 wheels. |

Anti-roll bar links are prone to wearing and clunking. Quick, easy and cheap to replace too. I've got to do one of the rear of mine. |

Get a tourch and check the spring, mainly near the bottom thats where mine snapped, hard to spot without the tourch. |

thanks All I've checked the lug nuts all are tight. Ill do another good long check of the other suggestions on Sunday weather allowing Thanks again |

CV Joint, if it knocks on full lock and not in the straight ahead that's what I would bet on. 2013 FL2 XS.

CV joint is where i would put my money. Super easy on left side, a bit more complex but still DIY on right hand side. |
