I also agree…it’s a pretty random approach. However, having swapped the fuel rail, hp pump, leak off pipes and crank and cam sensors…with no change…I tracked it down to injectors 2 and 3 leaking off like mad and injecting nothing into the cylinders. My 13 plate is now running like a dream, and a pair of used injectors for the ‘donor’ are on the way….£110 inc postage

Well done. Very satisfying to get a result. Sending mine to a specialist soon I hope, hopefully they are good and thorough. Every mechanic I have been to basically wants to just throw new parts at the car until it is fixed, instead of finding the one that actually needs to be fixed. MY11 SD4 SE Auto |

Excellent stuff. Don't forget that the injectors are coded, so the ECM will need the injector numbers input to the registry, or fueling won't be correct. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate.
