I have just bought an Evoque HSE Dynamic 2018 model , so naturally joined the forum , but I can’t get to add posts or reply to any.
I have asked that my registration form be sent on numerous occasions but still not recieved I have checked all mail boxes but nothing

P38 v8 auto no problems,great howle from exhausts when giving it welly
Td5 auto head gasket,no5 pot not uncommon but good car.
1st Tdv6s manual epb problem fixed under warranty(stealer said"never heard of this before,i suggested he looked at d3 forum.

I'm new to Freelander, had Disco 3 and Disco 2 . Just purchased a Metropolis 2014 , I know very little about them
So any advise would be welcome. I have a nanocom and I was thinking is it worth getting the unlock code for the Freelander? Mine doesn't have a spare wheel , how easy is it to pair it with the TMPS ? Also need roof rails. Thanks for the add . Thanks Stussy

Hi all new keeper of a fl2 and my days am in love . Speaking to a few people who have all told me to join this forum for any help advice and banter . The questions will start as am trying to sort out a couple little things on the motor . Things like crap radio signal , key fob not unlocking then all windows drop ect . . It's just failed the MOT and l need to replace the rear subframe. Has anyone done this job? I can't find a tutorial on this?

Hi and welcome, there has been a thread recently regarding the
rear subframe rusting out, use the search button in the blue strip at the top,
new replacement frames are unavailable now so the choice if yours is
to far gone, a used one from a breaker or an Evoque one that IIRC
requires some minor adaption.

Just to say hello, recently bought my first FL2, 2013 eD4 HSE manual, Firenze red, 66k miles, full LR history etc

Great car, should have bought one earlier.. the wife loves it too, so good times.

Sought some help/information previously on this forum and had some great responses, so thought it was about time to say hello properly.

All running well, with only minor problems so far being the tail gate opening height, and the alarm chirping twice on unlock - no error messages or codes though.

So will be replacing the tailgate struts soon, and looking at possible alarm sensors issues - reading the forum suggest 1st place to start maybe the interiors movement sensor.

New to the world of FL2's. Had a couple of Mk1's, defenders, series, etc., but never an FL2... It's an older one, 2007 XS with 130k on it... gonna be used as a bit of a workhorse...

Survived so far with trusty haynes book of lies, and a bit of general fiddling and savvy nous

reached a point where I need to fit the second earth to starter motor, so came here to check part numbers from the bay of e's

was a member years ago, but login long gone

used to use landyzone a lot when I have a freelander 1
