One step ahead of you. I got a replacement under bonnet pad "Free" from Powerfuluk, as they were replacing their F2 bonnet and were just going to chuck it in the skip. I dug out my damaged pad (rats chewed a fair chunk out of it), but it's not the same material as on the under tray, However, if I cannot find the correct item, I may just end up using it. |

I think my 2014 SD4 has just the metal undertray.

That’s the part number for what looks like an insulation blanket to cover the complete oil pan. The insulation blanket to go on the under tray is flat. |

you can't purchase the undertray pad separately, it comes as part of the undertray.

Sounds like the undertray pad may have been swapped for the moulded Sump blanket on later models - my 2014 definitely has a furry moulded blanket on the sump but (from memory) I think just a plain steel undertray with no pad - 2014 TD4 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 Manual Dynamic

Did yours have the insulation around the oil pan as well as the pad on the undertray? Jules |

Had enough of searching for the genuine article, so went for this off Ebay for only £10, with more than enough left over to use elsewhere on the vehicle.

Just to add, I've decided to give the front subframe a spruce up too, while the tray is off. Rust inhibitor, paint, then maybe a waxoil . |

Well I spruced up the front subframe. Now the under tray is back on and all I can say is "what a difference!".
