Not that I go out much, but if its raining, the wipers judder, very irritating. Is it simply because I bought cheap-ish wipers a year back ?? Only travelled just over a thousand miles in a year so they cant be worn out.

I’ve not been impressed with Bosch recently but a deep clean of the screen may help. |

I find the cheap ones last about a year to 18 months.

Valeo for me too. I'm OCD with wipers and lights, so every year before the MOT, I service the engine, fit new wipers front and rear, and fit new headlamp bulbs too. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

Like the OP I had some Halford wipers that juddered and made a terribly irritating noise. Bought smoe Valeo on line and cannot fault them. MY 09 GS manual in Lago Grey, Wood Co arm rest and side bumper strips - now sold.

I put a set of Vistapro (Eurocarparts) wiper blades on my wife's Fl2 years ago , these were cheap and during a wash I caught one with the wash mitt and it broke way too easily . They were duly removed and binned .
