The BC-30 functionality is the same or better, the Garmin can connect to multiple cameras, no long wiring to the front, just connect to reverse light circuit, and you get a real GPS, not the pathetic excuse for one that the LR2 has. Trust me, aftermarket is better. 2008 US LR2 SE, 6-cyl gas |

The non camera tailgate handle (from a facelift car) has the outline for the cut in the moulding. Use a Dremel to cut along those lines then join them up with I think it was an 8mm drill bit. I found it pretty straight forward. |

I finished my Garmin BC-30 install a week and a half ago. Took me an hour. Works like a champ. 2008 US LR2 SE, 6-cyl gas |

Why why why did this take me so long to run one wire? Well, I guess we will never know.

Is it just a screen with parking assist camera? No GPS. I'd be interested in getting a front camera for off road. |
