No the one towards the rear has a permanent feed and front one is switched via the ignition.

FE45 engine fuse box = front socket.

Its easy to blow the fuse on the front sockets if you put metallic objects in stowage between seats.

MY13 onwards are different. Page 183 of the car's manual. F52 front, F55 rear, F63 boot. All are 20amps. It's easier to remove the glovebox to get at the fuses. Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!
