Hi, for the rear 12V power outlet if its no working first check the fuse which is located in boot ( 15 FA6 ) if its still not working change the power outlet its very cheap available on ebay, amazon 3-5 pound and very easy to install plug n play. and if you are using only for charging mobile choose the usb socket instead of power outlet and usb plug . |

I have the same problem. Both fuses seem to be OK, yet there is no power to either the cigarette lighter socket in the boot or the rear of the 2 between the seats |

Check for corrosion on the relevant fuse, or replace it if not done already, as sometimes a fuse looks ok but isn't. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

When my boot socket stopped working I somehow confused myself and missed changing the correct fuse.
