Basically your contract allows you 36000 over your period of it

My local dealer will charge me something like 11p per mile over the 36,000 limit. |

Even if you did 1000 extra a year, at £0.11 pence per mile than its only £110 per year

I bet in this day and age with the FL2's computer and stuff they'd be able to tell. There's bound to be some kind of backup odometer somewhere. You'd have to be on drugs to try that on a lease car. 09MY FL2 Td4 XS, Style Pack, Privacy Glass, Martinique Blue.. oh so very blue.. |

ok ,ok calm down all you lot ,and no I am not on drugs and i was just speaking hypothetically airing a question/opinion/discussion ....you know like you do on forums at least it prompted some responses and thanks Dave,npinks and George for the usefull info re mileage and overall 3yr term

It should say on your paperwork what the excess mileage charge would be, if you put your hands on that then you get a bigger picture

I think from now on David should post a picture showing his cars odometer every week so we can keep a check on him , and if he gets caught cheating he has to come and polish my car for free At work
