Today had great fun on the flooded B roads. Not a slide, slip, judder, stutter or stall. Floods of muddy water washed off the fields engulfing the FL2 from sunroof downwards as we splashed along; my colleague was mightily impressed with the car and laughing at my obvious glee. Just be careful of getting water into the left air intake. Maybe worth checking your air filter drained correctly. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Thanks both, I'm pleased to say all was fine with the filter and I have returned to my usual dignified plodding along as befits a man of maturing years FL2 2010 MY Lago Grey/Storm & Ebony Interior 2.2 TD4 HSE Auto

Took mine to Bridgenorth for the day so the garage that supplied it could have a look at the haldex unit. With some lock on and a bit of welly tyres skipping. Diagnosis by main agent new pump over £750.00. Anyhow supplying garage dropped propshaft, probably exhaust as well, removed pump to bench, cleaned it out, cleaned filters, changed oil and put it back together. No problems on the way home, so looks like job done under guarentee. After a six o'clock start back home at half four. |

On route to Bridgenorth, going through Kidderminster, instead of heading out north, should have turned left to Bewdley and to think you were almost there ........ . |

Thanks for that gentlemen, I had heard of Bell Engineering, but didn't realise exactly where they were. The car had to go back to the suppliers for the remedial work to carried out under guarentee. |

Had a "Dimbo" moment today. Got in the car pressed the start button - and nothing. Tried again, foot on the brake, pressed the start button - nothing, dead as a Dodo, no dash lights or anything. Tried again, same thing. Then Bingo, brain switched on, "PUT THE KEY FOB IN".
