She obviously is not trying to protect her job , she knows she’s finished and is going to stand down and not fight another election . A very well funded pension , retirement , and a few non exec jobs plus the lecture circuit await . She is basically a very decent , loyal , but wholly incapable and ineffective person . She has taken on an impossible task and she knows it I believe . She knew from day one that Exiting would be extremely damaging to the country and her party . She is working on several fronts she believes in . Firstly to keep the Conservative party from fragmenting . Secondly to keep the country out of the hands of left wing extremists . Finally she believes she has to deliver some form of exit no matter ho damaging because the electorate asked for it . The job is so toxic , and she is so loyal that she will see it through , hoping that Mogg and the ERG will be neutered . Then there will be a new more centrist Tory leader elected , who can say “ it was her .. etc . Of course there is still the chance that there will be a people’s vote , I even wonder if this is her endgame as it would be win-win for her no matter the outcome . 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership 2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . Yep, trouble is that Labour has effectively been taken over by the extreme left and the Conservatives are being pulled to the extreme right by the ERG and DUP who are exerting a lot of influence

MartynB has got it about right, I just don't know what is driving PM May, she just keeps on fighting and is very good at keeping everyone away from stopping her, but I believe that she is doing what she thinks is best for the country.

It is sad to see the last British manufacturer of displsy fireworks going out of business because the EU regulations stopped them from selling to others. If only they had been able to keep going a few months longer.

Got to love Jezza , fighting for the proletariat with a poverty stricken gross income of around £170, 000 a year from salary, opposition leaders allowance , local government pension , and state pension . Power to the workers brothers , as long as their taxes keep funding his lifestyle . But he still hates anyone one can earn more than that by enterprise . Still , when Labour wise up and get rid of the Marxist loonies , he ‘ll probably be able to struggle by on the £ 100,000 he’ll have for the rest of his life . But there’s nowt new with champagne socialists , they have always been great at redistribution of wealth as long as it’s not their own 2009 GS Auto Zermatt Silver - Sold June 21 after 10 years of ownership 2016 Subaru Outback SE 2.0 diesel SE Premium Lineartronic Sold 2024 after 8 years and 80k miles . As I read it the EU did not stop the company from selling to other countries, only that there was proper paperwork supplied to ensure that the fireworks met certain standards. There was restrictions placed on selling powerful fireworks for individuals rather than for organised events. Given how many idiots misuse fireworks around Guy Fawkes can you really say that`s a bad thing! And if companies are creating cartels to drive up prices for their benefit I fail to see how an investigation into that is a bad thing for the consumer! And all the fish farms raided in Scotland are owned by Norwegian companies despite having Scottish sounding names! |

My best advice to anybody trying to profit from the Brexit Chaos is to buy into Baked Bean Futures, as panic seems to be taking hold and people are backing up their larder. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
