It looks although BMW are genuinely preparing for tariffs and customs hold ups as they are spending money in Britain as well.

Equity Relaese has been around for years, very much a buyer beware scheme, for some it may work but the interest rates are about 2% above the average mortgage rate and if you don't do any pay back then your house is basically a zero asset to your family ( depending on the amount borrowed).

And there was me imagining that David Cameron stood on an election manifesto pledge back in 2015 to offer "a democratic, legally binding referendum, by the British people on the future membership of the EU."
