The Euro Car Parts website is rubbish at selecting the correct parts - really need to know what you require before going there.

It has to be C1 oil. Try Millers oils at many web sites, my last lot came from getoffroad.com and two 5 litre containers were sent with no carriage costs and timely.

Yes but what does C1 mean? It doesn't state that in the handbook and Opie's website suggest this:

Just looked in my handbook - its got a DPF and uses Ford 934-B oil - -which is the same as C1 on ACEA classification.

That oil doesnt meet your ford specification - Oils are classified using the ACEA system. Ford and other manufacturers produce their own requirements (hence all the different codes) and these will met by a ACEA oil code - its usually all on the individual oil can label. However there is overlap - Opie came up with 5 oils for my car - all meet 934-B but some are C1 only, some C1 and C2 ![]() |

The handbook states dealer only supplied Castrol Professional oil ![]() ![]() Email Castrol, I did years ago and was told C1 and you can't buy it except from a LR dealer. Millers then were the only C1 alternative and others are now on the scene but are often more expensive. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years FL2 MY13 TD4 GS Current |

Thanks. So it looks like Opie's website not giving correct product when inputting reg number then.

If its C1 its exactly what you need, I hope you did not pay more than Millers though from several suppliers out there. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
