Change your oil say at every 6K and I would suggest it would be fine but then its no longer a real bargain is it. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Another vote for Shell Helix Professional but it has to be AF-L and I also obtained it via ebay from Germany,

It seems that they can supply this into the UK post free cheaper than any one in the UK
