I'm pretty sure it's telling you that one of your "doors, bonnet, tailgate" is ajar or failing to unlock! MY15

one way to test the internal sensor is to fully arm the car and sit still inside and wait till it fully arms and then move, if your motion sensor doesn't pick you up and sound the alarm, then disconnect it and reconnect it and try again Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

I had a very similar incident recently, took to dealer who updated software and all was good again (under warranty)

I have this beeping too. Car is configured for 2 stages open. Press open once, it beeps twice, press open twice it beeps 4 times. |
