It could also be that the buttons on the fob are not working well and the internals may need a referb.

If your key case is old go for a new one (change both maybe) . Swap over internals and add new battery.

Disconnect the battery and do a hard reset (hold battery leads together for 10 minutes) put back together and follow instructions in your handbook that tells you the options on key / door opening options. May sort it out. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years FL2 MY13 TD4 GS Current |

I’ve got a similar issue. Press button, hear clunk but door doesn’t unlock. However, catch the door handle quickly enough it is initially unlocked.

I’ve replaced the drivers door lock actuator today, all looks good now.

Different symptoms to mine but sounds like it could be the lock, did you try a hard reset suggested above out of interest? Brgds

Mine has made different bleeps for months. I had better check the doors are all locked then. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years
