Depends where you're going, uk and northern France, one of the Aldi/Lidl systems are quite good though they are free to air no EPG though you can put the channels you want in favourites. Going further south or Spain you will need a larger dish 90cm plus especially southern Spain, you can use the same lnb in the larger ďish, if you want Sky .then takè your own box, if you need to go to the larger dish then you will need some form of tripod to mount it on, the tripodsare avilable on flea bay for around £20 my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis

Got a maxview 60cm dish and tripod. Use an old sky box with viewing card from home. Works well but less non hd channels now mean we'll be looking for a replacement box? Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

I have a tripod mounted 80cm dish with Easyfind hd receiver, takes two minutes to set up and locate a satellite signal. I was going to get a smaller one but was told that the smaller dishes can be marginal if weathers dickie or away from Uk. Check out eBay as lots of complete set ups really cheap |

Whether they still do or have changed but Maxview used generic boxes and dishes at a somewhat large markup over the Aldi kit for the same box but with Maxview transfers instead of Tevion my PC is slightly to the right of Genghis
