Best to modify for peace of mind. Don't ask me as I don't have them at MY13 but a few write ups on the site you can find by doing a search and they seem to run OK without them I understand. FL2 MY10 TD4 GS traded in at 2 years

Evening all,

Just saying a hello. Have joined while doing some research on the FL2. Currently own my second p38 range rover, complete with 4.6 v8 and my wife owns a Honda cr-v. Looking at getting an FL2 to replace the Honda as my wife has always wanted one, and I love the p38, and hope the FL2 may be a more economic addition to the family!

Although the i6 is looking very tempting!

Welcome to forum.
FL2 will be more economic than a P38, but I doubt it will as economic as a Honda CRV.
Still worth having though. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 77k+ miles) (MY2015)
Metro in its 11th Year of (Extended) LR Warranty / Full LR Service History
(Expensive, but Trouble/Worry free - hopefully?)

It's an old cr-v, and the figures look about the same for the 2.2 although the silly person in me thinks lpg i6 may be he way to go!

Had freelander 2 few months, planning a facelift retro fit front end, bumper, parking sensors, possibly bi-xeon (not sure if possible).
