Reducing Motorway Aero Noise

Has anyone explored the reduction of air noise?

I've order some automotive seal to which looking to apply to the B pillar gaps as a first port of call. Wondered if anyone had something similar.

We can't drive fast enough here!

When I was in the outback, didn't drive that fast as we were not in a rush, & with kangaroos, emus, cattle, sheep & turquoise parrots on the road, tried not to get killed or kill them! Only really noticed some noise when we got side buffering winds.

Maybe put some masking tape over that part of the car and take it for a spin on the same benchmark section of road, but you might have to jump in the passenger door, & out same door! Procrastination, mankind's greatest labour saving device!

When I first got my Freelander there was gap where the door seal should have joined on both front doors. I refitted the seal to close the gap. Then sealed with insulation tape and used a hairdryer to shrink it on. Made a big difference to noise on the motorway.
