I thought that I read in the manual that it keeps the same settings for up to 6 hours after the ignition is turned off.

the 6 hour rule seem sensible, makes me think you have to have it is the selected 'mode' for a set period of time. Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis |

Should stay in the mode you select, so if you're changing in from GGS to "normal" before you switch the ignition off then it should be in "normal" mode next time you start then car. Unless you're switching it after you've turned the ignition off ______________________

Sounds like a software failure to me or it could be a sign that we're going to have a winter where GGS is gonna be a constant requirement - here's hoping anyway!! I've used the GGS recently in the bit of snow we had and it changed back okay without any other issues. I suspect the dealer will put it under the 'software update' umbrella as they seem to do with any problems!! I've been chopping and changing GGS to Genral driving and I've not had any problems. Must be a fault in the TR software. |
